Getting Ready at the Marriott Old City

The day started with Jaime and Patrick getting ready at the Marriott Old City. The details? Chef’s kiss. Jaime’s sapphire ring and the invitation suite she designed herself? Obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Jaime looked like a classic movie bride in her strapless Jenny Yoo gown, with soft glam by the incredible team at Something You Beauty. Patrick was giving modern gentleman in his navy Indochino suit and patterned bowtie, totally in sync with their wildflower-inspired color palette.

First Look + Private Vows in Old City

Before the ceremony, Jaime and Patrick had a private first look and exchanged vows in the courtyard across from the hotel. It was relaxed and sweet—fall breeze, Philly charm, and two people so ready to get married!

Ceremony at Old St. Joseph’s Church

Old St. Joseph’s Church—one of the prettiest and oldest churches in Philly—set the scene for their ceremony. The bridal suite was full of soft natural light, which was perfect for capturing the dreamiest candid moments just before Jaime walked down the aisle. Honestly, those quiet moments right before the ceremony are always some of our favorites. Jaime walked down the aisle with both parents, and guests’ eyes were full of happy tears.

Portraits Around Historic Philadelphia

After the ceremony, we stopped by some of our favorite Old City portrait spots:

18th Century Garden – manicured paths, classic garden symmetry, and always worth the permit.
The Merchant Exchange Building – iconic and perfect for group photos.
Benjamin Rush Garden – a quiet gem that's totally underrated.

The fall light, the foliage, the couple? Perfection.

Candlelight Reception at the Marriott

Their reception brought romantic dinner party energy—with wildflower centerpieces by Hall’s Garden and candlelight at every table. Guests mingled on the patio for cocktail hour in the crisp fall air before heading inside for the iconic celebration!

The Fiji Band brought the party to life with nonstop energy and incredible performances that kept guests of all ages on the dance floor all night. From the grand entrance to the final song, the energy never stopped.
